I was unhappy with my original order and gave a 1 star review. After speaking with Erica Vincent and and her supervisor they agreed to make it right. The goods I received were a better quality than I expected. I was very impressed with the colors and quality of the items. How can I design my own BIC lighter?
If you’re looking to buy BIC lighters in bulk, you’re in the right place. To design your own BIC lighter, all you have to do is choose your color, quantity, and upload your artwork as a vector file (.AI or .EPS). From there, our team of professional designers will create a virtual proof and send it to you for your approval. Once approved, we’ll begin our production process of your promotional lighters< and send them your way as soon as they’re ready.
How much do BIC lighters cost?
Promotional BIC lighters are the perfect branding item because they’re affordable and practical. Ordering a minimum of 300 custom BIC lighters will only cost you $1.89 per lighter. However, the more your order, the more you save! Here’s how much buying BIC lighters in bulk will cost you:

How to refill BIC lighters
Custom BIC lighters can provide flames for up to 3000 lights, meaning a promotional item like this will last well beyond your event. However, once BIC lighters run out, they can easily be refilled. The top priority when refilling a BIC lighter is staying safe. Before you begin refilling, flick your lighter until no more sparks appear. Once no more sparks appear, follow these steps:
- Once there is no more lighter fluid present, use a screwdriver to remove the hood. Then, point the lighter top away from you and use the screwdriver to remove the child safety guard.
- Next, carefully remove the spark wheel, flint, and flint spring.
- Then, turn the flame adjuster counter-clockwise about ten times.
- After that, get a wire or paperclip and place it under the fork to keep it open, and use a can of butane to refill the lighter by pushing down on the fork.
- Once the lighter is refilled with butane gas, close the fork and turn the flame adjuster clockwise about ten times.
- Insert the flint and flint spring, or replace it if it the flint spring and flint are worn out.
- Then, put the spark wheel and child safety guard back in, as well as the hood.
- Finally, flick the lighter a few times and it should work like new.
